Raja is a Tech-Leader by profession and a writer by passion, leading East India's first and second Assistive Tech ventures under the banner of Mythicka Groups. The conglomerate is also the continent's first certified Disabled Own Business. Known for blending creativity and technology, Raja brings positive social and technological transformations.

A 90s kid and avid lover of literature, comics, sci-fi, gadgets, and tech, Raja has had a diverse journey. From 2012 to 2019, he was a User Experience Architect as well as Accessibility Evangelist at Cisco. His varied experiences helped him understand the full product development lifecycle. Raja transitioned to a social impact role at Mythicka Technology. He also founded a Section 8 (not-for-profit) Social Service Company. Raja aims to bridge the gap between nonprofits and enterprises to create a diverse, inclusive talent pool.

A published author, Raja also a public speaker on technology, life, and social causes. A patriot, Raja is vocal about national interests, viewing them through a unique lens of Bharat, the nation that has given him wings. Raja has received four prestigious awards from top social sector players and was profiled by the Times of India. Raja has 3 patents, 6 copy rights and 12 trademarks under his name. Mythicka as a company has received 4 awards in matter of last 3 years including ET-government Best Accessibility Company in 2023. Not that it matters, but, Raja is visually challenged.

Raja started the company to develop products for persons with disabilities, an untapped segment in the electronics and software market.

The First product: an accessible computer peripheral product Keybud is the world's first cross-disability assistive tech solution. It has won the Chunauti 2.0 at a national level.
Mythicka's Device as a Service idea was recognised by Electro-preneur Park SUCCES Award.
Eona, the company's flagship product has won the prestigious Next-Unicorn Award, a national level recognition that selects only 5 companies from a pool of more than 500 companies as the nation top electronics and software start-ups.
Under Raja's Leadership, Mythicka has been recognised as the best Accessibility Technology Company 2023.
Mythicka is Asia's first Certified DOBE Org.

User Experience Architect, Cisco Systems(Full-time Employee) Feb 2012- Feb 2019

Cisco is a networking technology product base company. It is listed as one of the top 50 companies by Fortune and is positioned as No. 1 on Forbes.
Raja started his career as direct recruit intern at world's No. 01 Networking & Technology Company, Cisco Systems in Feb 2012.
Raja was subsequently promoted into a full-time employee and User Experience Expert in August 2012.
In his initial tenure as an UI-Engineer, Raja contributed to UI Design of some of the flagship products of Cisco.
In 2015, with a promotion, Raja became the User Experience Architect and managed some of the most important projects under Cisco's IT Product Development Portfolio.
He gained expertise in tools like Pega and Salesforce as well as earned an SAFe Agile Scrum Certification to lead ambitious projects.
Unlike most, Raja wasn't focused on one vertical or domain and his role compelled him to engage with several teams under the BU for UX work, giving him perspective into all the clogs of the product development life cycle wheel.

Raja has worked for a year, after graduating with Nokia from 2009-2010 before pursuing Advanced computer course.

While working for Cisco, Raja rejuvenated and led Cisco's Disability Awareness Response as a core team member and Team Lead. The Company organised 4 Disability Day Mega Event at Bangalore, under Raja.

Strategic Pivot from Conventional Professional Pursuit:

In order to stay relevant in a rapidly evolving professional world, Raja decided to shift gears and dropped out of an inaccessible Masters Degree in a conventional University, in order to apply for an all-India level talent hunt and training program run by Tata- on Advanced Computers and Accessibility. Only 20 visually challenged students are selected through a rigorous interview process and trained on Computer Science, Networking Concepts and Accessibility to give each candidate the same level of understanding as a Graduate.
This specialisation helped him secure a job in the world's top most technology company Cisco Systems, often considered amongst the top 10 MNCs, as a permanent employee(FTE).
A dignified career in a top organisation can give persons with disabilities the life that they deserve. It can also empower them to see beyond just being merely employed to become employers.
Raja started his first company in 2018 which is Odisha's first Technology Section 08, not-for-profit for the disabled in East India. He went on to start a second organisation, a private limited for, focused on electronics and software development.
The skills he had honed helped him run a managerial role in the NFP org and an Architect's role in the Private org.

Raja has authored 7 novels and 2 tech-books. He has also authored 4 patents alongside 10 Trademarks. Raja uses various tech solutions to pursue his passion for Literature or even to design and present his work.
